We look for people who care about detail, deadlines, and how clients feel at handover. Whether you work in design, project delivery, or the workshop, HausBespoke is a place to build serious fitted-furniture skills.
Every project runs through the same team, from the first survey to final installation, so roles here carry real ownership rather than a narrow slice of the process. Designers see their drawings through to a finished room, workshop staff see their cabinetry installed and signed off, and project delivery staff work directly with clients rather than through layers of account management.
Craft, not just assembly
Doors are sprayed, veneered, and finished in our own Bedfordshire workshop, so the people building furniture are building it properly, not fitting flat-pack.
Client-facing from day one
Design and delivery staff meet clients directly, from the first survey to handover, rather than working through account managers.
Room to grow a trade
Workshop and installation staff are supported to develop toward more senior joinery, design, or project management roles over time.
